We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Business Specialist to join our dynamic Human
Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR functions with business 
objectives, fostering employee engagement, and implementing HR initiatives that drive performance 
and organizational success. The HR Business Specialist will act as a trusted advisor to both 
management and employees, the HR Business Specialist will provide expertise in recruiting, employee 
relations, performance management, talent development, and other duties as assigned to support the 
goals and needs of the department. This position requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a 
fast-paced environment and is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Support: Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and align HR 
strategies with company goals. Advise management on HR issues that impact performance, culture, and 
employee engagement.

Recruiting: Manage recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating 
interviews and hires, working closely with managers to understand staffing needs, developing 
effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, 
performance issues, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal 
requirements.

Performance Management: Support the design and implementation of performance management processes, 
including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive high performance.

Organizational Development: Work with leadership to implement organizational changes, such as 
restructuring, mergers, or team realignments. Assist in change management efforts to ensure smooth 
transitions.

HR Policy and Compliance: Advise on and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR 
best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of new
policies and procedures as needed.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights that inform business
decisions and improve HR programs and initiatives.

Training and Coaching: Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on HR- related 
topics, including leadership development, team-building, and effective communication.

Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, conducting 
surveys, analyzing feedback, and recommending solutions.

Other HR Functions: Administer employee benefits and handle employee records.

Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related 
field.
 Experience: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR business partnering, 
employee relations, or talent management.
 Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management 
strategies.
 Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects 
and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•  Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, 
Word).
•  Certifications (Optional): SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certifications are preferred.

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift (Monday- Friday)
