The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing cohesive marketing strategies that align traditional and digital marketing channels to achieve organizational objectives. This role bridges creative, digital, and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring a unified brand message and seamless audience experience across all platforms. The Integrated Marketing Manager works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Develop integrated marketing plans that combine traditional and digital channels, aligning with organizational goals and target audience needs.
    • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, websites, print, radio, and events.
    • Ensure all campaigns deliver consistent messaging, visuals, and audience experiences that reflect the brand’s identity and values.
  2. Channel Management and Coordination
    • Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across both traditional (radio, billboards, print, events) and digital (social media, email, SEO, paid media) platforms.
    • Manage the integration of campaigns, ensuring each channel complements the others to maximize impact and reach.
    • Stay informed on the latest trends in both traditional and digital marketing to continuously refine strategies and adopt new opportunities.
  3. Campaign Development and Oversight
    • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop compelling campaigns, providing input on visuals, messaging, and audience targeting.
    • Work with content creators, designers, and multimedia specialists to produce assets that align with the campaign strategy.
    • Coordinate the production and distribution of campaign materials across traditional and digital channels.
  4. Audience Insights and Targeting
    • Conduct research to identify and understand target audiences, including demographics, psychographics, and behavior patterns.
    • Develop audience segmentation strategies to tailor messaging and content for different groups, ensuring campaigns resonate effectively.
    • Use insights to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to measure effectiveness against key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates, conversions, and ROI.
    • Generate reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Leverage data to refine strategies, improve campaign outcomes, and inform future marketing efforts.
  6. Collaboration and Team Coordination
    • Act as a liaison between creative, digital, and traditional marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration across all efforts.
    • Work closely with the Content Strategist, Paid Media Specialist, and Channel Coordinators to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
    • Partner with external agencies and vendors when needed to supplement internal efforts, ensuring they deliver work aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  7. Budget Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for integrated campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
    • Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving maximum ROI.
    • Provide budget performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
  8. Innovation and Trend Adaptation
    • Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and tools, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative.
    • Experiment with new platforms, formats, and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
    • Suggest and implement new approaches to improve the overall marketing strategy and execution.

  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with tools and platforms for both traditional and digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, paid media, and CRM systems.

  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative instincts and the ability to bring new ideas to campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated or multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Experience in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Tools and Software:
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform-specific analytics tools for campaign performance tracking.
  • Marketing Platforms: Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce for campaign management.
  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Asana, Trello, or Monday.com for task and timeline management.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or coordinate with creative teams using similar tools.
