We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Executive Assistant/ Project Manager to provide
administrative support to the Senior HR leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
supporting HR functions, managing schedules, coordinating HR-related events, and ensuring smooth
day-to-day operations. The HR Executive Assistant will work closely with HR leaders and assist in
managing confidential information, assisting with contract management, supporting HR projects and
other duties as assigned to support the goals and needs of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to HR leadership, including
managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation for HR initiatives.
Attend meetings on behalf of HR Sr. Leadership as requested.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred but not required).
• At least 4 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.

- Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries. Coordinate communication between HR leaders, employees, and vendors.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other HR-related documents. Maintain and organize HR records, ensuring that they are accurate and up to date.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
- HR Systems Management: Maintain HR databases and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee data and assist in generating HR reports as required.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization and execution of HR events, such as employee training sessions, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive and confidential HR information with discretion. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- HR Projects: Assist HR leadership with special projects, such as policy development, employee surveys, or performance management initiatives.
- Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee inquiries and support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred but not required).
• At least 4 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS or HR software is a plus.
